betlil Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Agreement

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the betlil website, registering an account, or using any product or service offered by betlil, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the betlil platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and betlil with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements whether oral or written. These terms apply to all services provided by betlil including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, online slots, instant-win games, and any promotional activities.

betlil reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice beyond a reasonable notification on the platform. Your continued use of betlil after any such changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. The current effective version of these Terms & Conditions is always the version displayed on this page.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the betlil platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which their account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age. betlil operates an 18+ only policy with no exceptions.
• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not acting in a professional capacity as an agent, reseller, or affiliate without a formally executed agreement with betlil.
• You are not a current or former employee of betlil, or a close family member of such an employee, without prior written approval from betlil management.
• You have not previously had a betlil account closed, suspended, or terminated due to a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Age Verification

betlil takes its 18+ obligation seriously. betlil reserves the right to request age verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any point during normal account activity. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Access to the platform will be suspended while verification is pending, and any winnings generated during an unverified period may be withheld pending successful confirmation of age.

3 Account Registration and Management

To access the full range of betlil services, you must register a player account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active betlil account at any time. If betlil identifies multiple accounts associated with the same individual — whether identified by name, address, device, payment method, or any other identifying characteristic — betlil reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held within them. Players who believe a duplicate account has been created in error must contact support immediately.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betlil account credentials, including your username and password. betlil recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any additional security features available within your account settings. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, whether or not that activity was authorised by you.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access has occurred, you must notify betlil support immediately at [email protected]. betlil will investigate all reported security incidents and may temporarily suspend an account while an investigation is underway.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide truthful and accurate information at registration and to keep your account details up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure. betlil may request updated documentation to verify the continued accuracy of your account information at any time.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

betlil supports a range of payment methods specifically chosen to serve the Bangladesh market. Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. All transactions on the betlil platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

Deposits

The minimum deposit on betlil is ৳100. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. betlil does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits are generally credited to your betlil account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. betlil is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in your name. Before processing a withdrawal, betlil may require you to complete identity and payment method verification. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times may vary by payment method and will be communicated to you within the platform. betlil reserves the right to conduct additional due diligence checks before releasing any withdrawal.

Currency and Conversion

All balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses on the betlil platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). If your payment method operates in a different currency, your payment provider may apply a conversion rate and associated fees. betlil is not responsible for any exchange rate losses or third-party conversion fees.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the betlil platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. These rules are published within the betlil platform and players are responsible for reading and understanding them before placing any bet or wager.

Sports Betting

Bets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports markets are settled in accordance with betlil's official sports betting rules. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. betlil reserves the right to limit stake sizes, restrict access to specific markets, or refuse bets at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. In-play (live) bets are subject to the odds available at the moment the bet is accepted by betlil's system, which may differ from the odds displayed due to network latency.

Casino and Slots Games

All casino and slots games available on betlil are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the game provider and betlil does not alter them. Outcomes in all casino and slots games are determined by certified random number generators.

Prohibited Betting Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betlil platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated winnings:

6 Bonuses and Promotions

betlil may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, deposit match offers, and other promotional incentives to players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is presented. The general principles below apply to all betlil promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are generally subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be turned over in qualifying bets before a withdrawal request will be approved. Specific wagering multipliers, eligible game contributions, and time limits will be stated in the individual promotion terms.

Bonus Abuse

betlil reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void associated winnings, and close an account if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome offer more than once, using bonus funds in a manner designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine recreational intent, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers.

Promotional Availability

betlil promotions are subject to availability and may be amended, withdrawn, or extended at betlil's sole discretion. Promotions are available to eligible players only and betlil reserves the right to exclude individual accounts from specific promotions where it determines eligibility criteria are not met. Seasonal promotions may be offered around events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh — these are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of launch.

7 Responsible Gaming Obligations

betlil is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to protecting players from the potential harms associated with problem gambling. betlil provides a range of tools designed to help players manage their gambling activity within healthy boundaries.

Player-Initiated Limits

Players may set the following limits directly within their betlil account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount deposited into your betlil account.
• Loss Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on net losses incurred during the relevant period.
• Session Limits: Maximum permitted duration for any single betting session before a mandatory break is enforced.
• Time-Out: A short-term self-exclusion of between 24 hours and several weeks during which login access is suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: An extended suspension of account access for a defined period. Self-exclusions cannot be reversed during the active exclusion window.

Requests to decrease an existing limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before the increase is applied.

betlil's Obligations

betlil monitors platform activity for indicators of problem gambling behaviour. Where such indicators are identified, betlil may contact the player proactively, impose temporary limits on the account, or refer the player to professional support resources. 8 Account Closure and Termination

Voluntary Closure

Players may request the closure of their betlil account at any time by contacting betlil support. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, betlil will process the closure and return any remaining verified balance to the player's registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification or due diligence requirements. Closure requests cannot be submitted by email alone where identity has not been previously verified.

Termination by betlil

betlil reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where betlil has reasonable grounds to believe that one or more of the following circumstances apply:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of underage access.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Engagement in prohibited betting conduct as described in Section 5 of these Terms & Conditions.
• Any other conduct that betlil reasonably determines is detrimental to the platform, its other players, or the integrity of the games offered.

Where an account is terminated by betlil due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, betlil reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity is identified or suspected, betlil may report the matter to the appropriate authorities and cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.

Effect of Closure

Upon closure or termination of a betlil account, all associated bonus balances are immediately forfeited. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method where no breach has been identified. These Terms & Conditions continue to apply to any matter arising from activity conducted during the period in which the account was active.
